Privacy Notice

This page explains what happens to the details you send us when you request an appointment. It is written to meet our obligations under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

The booking form on this website asks for four things:

Name

So the team knows who the booking is for.

WhatsApp number

So the team can reply and confirm the appointment.

Service, date and time

So the team can check availability.

Where it goes

The form does not send anything to a server of ours. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details already written into a message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself, and you can edit or delete the message before you do.

Once you send it, the message sits in the salon's WhatsApp account and is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. This website stores nothing about you: no account, no cookie set by us, and no copy of your booking kept anywhere on this site.

How long we keep it

Your booking message stays in the salon's WhatsApp account for as long as the team needs it to manage your appointment and any follow-up visit. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Other services on this site

Some pages embed a Google Map so you can find the salon. Loading a map means your browser contacts Google, and Google may record that request. We also use analytics tools to count visits and understand which pages are useful. These measure activity on the website itself and are never combined with the details you send through the booking form.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp or call the salon.
